Hi! I’m Libby and after going through my own 30 lbs weight loss with an online coach, I knew I needed to help other women simplify nutrition, exercise, and weight loss! I know how it feels to struggle with your relationship with food, not have time for exercise, and need some support to get started. I have Bachelors Degree in Psychology, an OFNC Certification and I am currently working towards a gut health and hormone specialization. My personal mission has always been to help women live happier, healthier lives so they can be there for themselves as much as they are for everyone else. When I’m not in the gym, I love to hike and visit National Parks across the U.S. (14 and counting so far!) as well as spend quality time with loved ones. I can’t wait to meet you and help you change your life for the better!

Coach Sharon here! I’ve been an online coach for almost 2 years now. I love educating women on how to fuel their bodies optimally while creating a healthy relationship with fitness! I have gone through some hormonal and gut imbalances in the last few years. This has led my coaching style to focus closely on a variety of considerations around women’s hormones to support a strong body internally and externally! I am a NASM CPT and hold an OFNC and Annie Miller Pure Programming certification as well. I’m currently working towards my gut and gastrointestinal testing certification! More personally, I love to hike, read, paddle board, and try new restaurants with friends. I can’t wait to help you crush your goals!

We offer customized nutrition and exercise planning based on YOUR history, goals, and needs. We take an in-depth assessment at the beginning of your program to see why you haven’t been able to reach your health goals on your own yet. We create your own profile in our training app so we can keep track of progression towards your goals as well as daily adherence to your program. This allows us to give you 24/7 accountability instead of the typical 30-60 minutes per week that you might receive with an in person trainer.
Our community is what sets us apart from other programs out there. We have a warm group of 75+ clients that welcome you with open arms! This means that you not only get 1:1 support from your coach but also the support of other women on a similar journey as you!
We’ve found that tracking calories or macros is an excellent way to understand more about the foods that you’re regularly consuming. It is a tool that we often use with clients but is not necessary if it doesn’t work for your lifestyle. We will also use tools like the plate method and photo food journals to help educate you and create lasting dietary change.
We do not write meal plans for clients. However, we do have a variety of tools at our disposal to help you understand how to build a balanced plate and full day of eating. This will also help you learn how to incorporate all foods you love into your daily diet!
Absolutely! All of our clients are busy professionally or personally and we love getting to help you create efficient and effective plans to reach your goals! We’re here to not only create a plan that works for you specifically, but also keep you accountable to it.
You don’t need to go to the gym to make progress! Many of our clients work out from home if that suits their busy lifestyle best. We suggest having a set of bands or dumbbells to help get the most out of those home workouts!

Give your best effort each day! As coaches, we take our education, experience, and personal touch to create a plan that is based off of YOU. We adjust these plans over time to fit your busy schedule. We will ask you to step outside your comfort zone by trying new exercises, working on your relationship with food, and prioritizing your health daily-which is why you wanted help in the first place, right?
That’s not a problem at all! Most of our clients have some type of special event or vacation while working with us. We’re here to help set you up for success during that block of time by guiding you through nutrition and movement before, during, and after travel! This way you get to practice your new skills with guidance and support rather than feeling like you fall off the wagon every time you’re out of routine.
